Susan Barton partners with teams and leaders as an organizational design and development consultant. Her favorite client engagement methodology is LEGO Serious Play, in which she has been certified since 2016, encouraging people to engage in ‘hard fun.’ She works with for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and local city government clients to enhance effectiveness and embrace potential. Susan completed her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Azusa Pacific University, where she also serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Business and Management. Andrew Berrigan
As owner and operator of Enterprising Play, LLC, Andrew has facilitated workshops, provided retreat programming, and conducted professional development training using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method for organizations as small as the staff of an elementary school known only in the local neighborhood, and as large as the leadership divisions of a multibillion-dollar global aid organization known the world over. As a combat veteran with experience leading troops in hostile areas, Andrew understands firsthand the importance of gaining a team’s 100% commitment and buy-in to the mission at hand. Finally, with several years of experience in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) educational enrichment industry, Andrew is well-acquainted with the power of LEGO as a training medium.

Lisa is a leadership trainer and certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach with a background in higher education, leadership consulting, and global faith-based missions. Heidi Brant
For over ten years, Heidi worked for the LEGO Group as an experience design consultant, developing innovative digital content for children and their families. Heidi completed an MFA in Sculpture from SFAI and is a graduate of NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program where her coursework focused on storytelling and interactive installations. In addition, she received a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Brown University. She is based in NYC and teaches Design Research and Life Design at NYU.

Emmaleigh (Carlson) Klein is dedicated to merging the art of creativity and the strategies of business to empower diverse, successful working environments. Klein is pursuing her Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development at the University of Georgia, studying LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) and creative identity development. She is currently an adjunct professor for Leadership & Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University and guest instructor for the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development. Wendi Dykes McGehee
Wendi Dykes McGehee holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and is currently a professor of Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. In addition to teaching, Wendi provides consulting services to organizations, of all types, guiding them toward effective and healthy people practices. Her research explores the idea of using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) to inspire creative confidence. She is known for reintroducing play, of a serious nature, into the adult vocabulary and workplace while encouraging all to “play well and play on.”
Fun Note: Wendi spent 11 years with LEGOLAND® California, where she was awarded international honors for her training programs and organizational development strategies. In addition to LEGO, she has held positions with Disney and the University of California, San Diego.

Mike Medeiros
Mike Medeiros, D.Min., is a pastor and also serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Management at Azusa Pacific University. He has decades of experience in various roles in public K-12 education and school counseling, university teaching, and working with Christian nonprofits, churches, and mission organizations.
As a certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, Mike has led and co-led workshops with nonprofits, businesses, religious organizations, and universities. Michellea Millis Rucker has over 21 years in Education, 10 years in Non-Profit Administration, and 10 years as an Edupreneur. A transplant to the San Antonio, Texas area since 2010, she has led in five states (NJ, NY, FL, TX, and LA) and has served in every role except Superintendent. She is an experienced Instructional, Leadership and Equity Coach.

Shannon Russell is the founder of Second Act Success Career Coaching and the owner of a Snapology franchise. Shannon is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, Career Transition Coach, YouMap® Coach, Writer, Speaker, and Host of the Second Act Success Career Podcast.

Althea T. Simpson, MBA, LCSW, is the founder of Brighter Day Therapeutic Solutions Unicorn Life Training. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and business psychology consultant.

I certified in Lego® Serious Play® Method and Materials in Feb 2016 by Per Kristiansen, and I have deepened my knowledge of the method by taking the certification of all the most advanced applications (Business Model Canvas; Future scenario; Real-Time Strategy for the Beast; Rule Breaking Strategy). I developed “Handling Objections”, a peer-to-peer Post Foundation Training for Certified Facilitators, endorsed by Per Kristiansen and approved by the Association of Master Trainers.
