Lisa Boes
Lisa is a leadership trainer and certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach with a background in higher education, leadership consulting, and global faith-based missions. She equips leaders and their teams to communicate cross-culturally and perform with integrity and excellence. She earned her doctorate in education at Harvard University where she studied constructive developmental psychology with Robert Kegan.

Heidi Brant
For over ten years, Heidi worked for the LEGO Group as an experience design consultant, developing innovative digital content for children and their families. Heidi completed an MFA in Sculpture from SFAI and is a graduate of NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program where her coursework focused on storytelling and interactive installations. In addition, she received a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Brown University. She is based in NYC and teaches Design Research and Life Design at NYU.

Wendi Dykes McGehee
Wendi Dykes McGehee holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and is currently a professor of Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. In addition to teaching, Wendi provides consulting services to organizations, of all types, guiding them toward effective and healthy people practices. Her research explores the idea of using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) to inspire creative confidence. She is known for reintroducing play, of a serious nature, into the adult vocabulary and workplace while encouraging all to “play well and play on.”
Fun Note: Wendi spent 11 years with LEGOLAND® California, where she was awarded international honors for her training programs and organizational development strategies. In addition to LEGO, she has held positions with Disney and the University of California, San Diego.

Sweta Mistry
Sweta is an Organizational & Transformation Coach, Trainer and Facilitator in NYC with 20+ years of professional experience in varying industries including manufacturing, retail, education, non-profit, marketing, fin-tech and media. Michellea Millis Rucker
Michellea Millis Rucker has over 21 years in Education, 10 years in Non-Profit Administration, and 10 years as an Edupreneur. A transplant to the San Antonio, Texas area since 2010, she has led in five states (NJ, NY, FL, TX, and LA) and has served in every role except Superintendent. She is an experienced Instructional, Leadership and Equity Coach.
Currently, she is the Founder/CEO of BrownSTEM, INC. 501(c)3. She also is an Educational Consultant/ Facilitator/ Coach in her own LLC, Transforming Our Practice. She has a BA Degree in Organizational Management, MS in Managerial Leadership, Post-Graduate Studies in Leadership and Data at Harvard University and A.B.D., Ed.D in Leadership. Recently, she was featured in the September 2020 edition of the Excelligent Magazine as a Global Education Influencer.

Althea T. Simpson
Althea T. Simpson, MBA, LCSW, is the founder of Brighter Day Therapeutic Solutions Unicorn Life Training. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and business psychology consultant.
She uses play therapy, other expressive therapies, and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in her work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She also facilitates thought-provoking and experiential skill enriching workshops for mental health professionals, corporate groups, and organizations.

I am a Sales Expert with a strong background of almost 20 years spent in 2 large multinational companies (Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson). I certified in Lego® Serious Play® Method and Materials in Feb 2016 by Per Kristiansen, and I have deepened my knowledge of the method by taking the certification of all the most advanced applications (Business Model Canvas; Future scenario; Real-Time Strategy for the Beast; Rule Breaking Strategy). I developed “Handling Objections”, a peer-to-peer Post Foundation Training for Certified Facilitators, endorsed by Per Kristiansen and approved by the Association of Master Trainers.
I’m Italian but I moved to Florida where I cannot wait to cooperate with USA customers.
