Wendi Dykes McGehee holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and is currently a professor of Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. In addition to teaching, Wendi provides consulting services to organizations, of all types, guiding them toward effective and healthy people practices. Her research explores the idea of using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) to inspire creative confidence. She is known for reintroducing play, of a serious nature, into the adult vocabulary and workplace while encouraging all to “play well and play on.”
