Wai Ling has an extensive working experience of over 20 years in diverse industries ranging from hospitality, retail, airlines and media advertising.
Having a wide experience in training people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and nationalities such as Singapore, China, Vietnam and Qatar, the experience has moulded her
into the consummate professional corporate trainer.
Wai Ling is a HRDC certified Trainer, an accredited trainer in Directive Communication
Psychology, facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® Methodology, a certified Neuro-Linguistic
Programming Master Practitioner as well as an Expert in the study of Body Language. She
also holds an MBA from the University of Wales.
She is a firm believer that people learn best from experience, hence aim to create a higher
level of awareness in every learning session by integrating examples from real-life
experiences with practical tips and techniques.
In her free time, Wai Ling enjoys yoga practice, travelling and gaining new experiences.

Wan Fadzil Adlan Holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from UNITEN and a B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Missouri, United States of America. He has had more than 30 years experience in the energy industry, from operations to strategy before retiring as a management consultant.
Wan Fadzil began his career in operations for a Government linked company in the electricity industry. Over the years he accumulated knowledge and experience in change projects, business improvement initiatives, total quality management tools and strategy development implementation processes.

Raziah Md Razak

Raziah has over 26 years of business change, technical training, communication and business process experience, where she has worked with various multinationals, including PNB, HSBC, Isoft, Hewlett Packard, Talent2 and bp.
Raziah specialises in aligning business processes within software applications and managing organisational business change. She also has considerable experience executing strategies within the ITIL Service Management framework and Agile.
Being in different industries allows Raziah to understand better the process’s needs, requirements, technical conditions, and business process change within an organisation. She has extensive experience in coaching, needs analysis, and training evaluation to ensure the organisation gets value in change execution.
As most of the roles she takes on encompass global support, she enjoys frequent travel and dealing with people across borders and cultures.
Raziah holds a bachelor’s in business administration from University Utara Malaysia and a master’s in information technology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She also has a Level 3 Foundation Certificate in L&D Practice from CIPD, UK. In addition to the above, Raziah is an ITIL Expert, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, NLP Practitioner and a certified SCRUM Master.
In her leisure time, Raziah enjoys reading and water sports. She is a diver and loves taking risks on the river rapids.

Phang Wai Kheong

Phang has accumulated wide experience in the field of management, sales and marketing, managing project teams in driving the CRM strategies over the past two decades. Being a marketer by profession, he was in charge of the sales & marketing division in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) division.
His experience includes being in charge of the sales operation for Tan Chong Apparels, responsible in managing the sales advisors that are located in the outlets in achieving the overall sales target, marketing and promotions in a very competitive apparel market.
He was also attached to Texchem Consumers, ad was in charge of the sales and marketing of the Fumakilla and Shaldan Air Freshener range of products, two of the company’s most important brands. This includes conducting market studies, develop marketing programs and service key accounts like Makro (now Tesco Extra), Carrefour (now Aeon Big), Jusco (now Aeon) and Giant.
He was also an Advisor for an MLM company, helping and advising the top management on strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of business development and marketing programs. As a result of his involvement, the company was awarded the ‘Enterprise 50’.
Having to train and motivate his team members to achieve sales targets, Phang has developed a strong passion for training. As such, he became a fulltime trainer 24 years ago. His strength includes his ability to relate the conceptual theory into practical hands-on in real life situation application and combination of activities and learning intervention.
He has trained and facilitated many programs for corporate companies that include some of the biggest and well known namely DHL, Toshiba, Lafarge, Ericsson, Kompakar, Huawei, Agilent, Perodua, Kimberly Clark, IBM, Loccitane, Melvita, O’Coffee Club and many more.
His education achievements include Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wawasan Open University and Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM, UK). He is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Practitioner and also a Certified Trainer with Perbadanan Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB). He is currently pursuing a Professional Certification in Photography (PCP).
He is an active member of Toastmasters International. An articulate and fluent speaker, he has participated and won numerous speech contests. He has also conducted workshops from the Speechcraft and Successful Club & Leadership Series and has served in various positions at the club, area, division and district levels.
